DataSuite provides you with a powerful and comprehensive statsitical gathering, processing, and reporting package to use in conjunction with PC-DMIS for Windows, WAI's metrology software . DataPage/RT for Windows Statistical Process Control software provides a set of sophisticated, yet easy to use tools for selection, analysis and evaluation of data collected from your measurement tools. Designed for both the new user establishing SPC capability as well as the experienced analyst needing a complete set of state of the art statistical tools, DataPage/RT for Windows contains a multi-user, net-workable database suitable for any size operation and any amount of data. The DataPage/RT for Windows program also includes three additional applications, the DataPage Editor, Monitor Mode and Tutor Automatic Update; all are interconnected and can be accessed from within each other simply by clicking on a button. Together they provide you with powerful tools for process control which are still easy to use.
DataView lets you view statistical data for your part. You can print reports, view charts, or view data with a simple 2D CAD model drawings.
DP Editor lets you create and manage a database to use with DataPage/RT. You can also view various transactions and create queries to obtain specific data.
DataPage's Monitor Mode reads your database each time you start it and, while Monitor Mode is running, at time intervals you set. It evaluates the variables for each part contained in a selected database and reports out of control and out of tolerance conditions in real time. The Monitor Mode window lists all the parts and variables in the database in color codes that indicate the status of each. At a glance, you can see which variables have become out of control or tolerance or both.
