Internet Explorer 9 and Help File Crash Notice

Please note that a bug inside of Internet Explorer® 9 will cause a crash to occur when clicking on links to certain embedded files contained within a Compiled HTML Help file (a file with a CHM filename extension). For example, if you click on a link to an embedded PDF or DOC file that is bundled inside of that CHM file, the CHM will crash. If you are viewing the CHM file inside of one of our software products, such as PC-DMIS, this will cause PC-DMIS to crash as well.

For this reason, we recommend that you use Internet Explorer 8 instead, at least until Microsoft can address this issue in Internet Explorer 9.
