ADDED JUNE 05, 2002
In the foreign language versions, under the "Customizing the User
Interface" topic there's a sub topic titled "To Restore the Old User
Interface". The ability to support
this functionality was discontinued. This subtopic should be deleted.

ADDED JULY 11, 2002
In the foreign language versions and the English printed documentation
the topic "To Restore the Default User Interface" topic contains an
incorrect procedure. It should be rewritten as follows:
- Close PC-DMIS.
- Navigate to the directory where you installed PC-DMIS.
- Access the diretory that corresponds to your Windows user profile.
- Delete the file named menu_xxx.dat where xxx refers to the three letter
code for the language you're running. For English, delete menu_eng.dat.
- Restart PC-DMIS. It will use the default user interface.

ADDED AUGUST 21, 2002
In the English printed and foreign language documentation, the topics "To
Move a Menu Item" and "To Remove a Menu Item" both contain procedures.
The first step in each of these procedures have been modified slightly to clarify
that with the "Customize" dialog box open and the "Menu"
tab selected, you must "move" or "remove" menu items from
PC-DMIS's actual menu bar, not from the tree view menu list in the "Menu"
tab.

ADDED OCTOBER 31, 2002
In the English printed and foreign language documentation, you should add this
sentence to the end of the the topic "Recall":
For information on using the CMM Options dialog box to restore original
factory settings by reading them from the controller, see the "Setting Up
the CMM Interface" topic in the "Setting your Preferences" section.
